• They may also provide product data to streamline data sharing and improve basket adjudication.

3. Secure Your Merchant IDs & Upload Your Data

• Work with your POS provider and wholesaler to complete onboarding with Fincretive.
  • If necessary, log into the Fincretive portal to begin.
• Onboarding steps include:
  • Receiving your merchant IDs
  • Uploading product data for approved item adjudication
  • Completing activation testing
  • Receiving marketing materials

4. Final Check-In

Before transacting, ensure you have:

• Updated your POS system
• Secured merchant IDs
• Uploaded product data
• Completed activation testing with your POS provider or wholesaler

Once these steps are complete, you are ready to accept HBC/OTC cards in your store!

5. Inform Your Customers

Let your customers know that you now accept HBC/OTC benefits. NGA and Fincretive have developed in-store education and awareness materials to help spread the word.
