Executive Female Leaders (EXFL) Network is specifically designed for female leaders (directors and above) within the independent grocery industry. This professional community will allow you to reach your fullest career potential while supporting both personal and business growth. This opportunity is available to women in retail, wholesale, supplier, manufacturer and vendor companies. The group will meet in person, problem-solve, openly swap ideas, share experiences and much more.
Members are invited to two meetings each year (one virtual and one in-person) and are encouraged to participate in ongoing networking and idea exchange opportunities throughout the year. Meetings may be held in conjunction with NGA events or as standalone meetings at member or sponsor facilities. Meeting agendas will include both formal presentations by professional speakers and member presentations.
Members are encouraged to attend all in-person sessions to take full advantage of the network.
Members may be asked to give presentations to the group on current topics and participate in idea sharing of concepts that have worked well.
Cost of the program is $1,000 per year for all programming. Cost includes meeting materials and meeting registration, as well as additional networking and virtual engagement points throughout the year.
Attendees are responsible for their own travel and hotel expenses.
