Virtual Day in Washington April 21!

Registration for 2021 Virtual Day in Washington is now closed.

Year after year supermarket industry executives from across the country come to Washington, D.C. for the annual Day In Washington Supermarket Industry Fly-In to meet with their elected officials in Congress. This year’s event will be held virtually to ensure everybody’s safety during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Although we cherish the opportunity to gather in person, the virtual format will allow members to attend free of charge and enjoy more flexibility in their schedule. The 2021 Virtual Fly-In will be an important opportunity for supermarket operators to directly engage with their lawmakers and share the industry’s position on how federal policies directly impact their businesses.

These meetings with your legislators provide an unparalleled opportunity to educate and inform lawmakers and are one of the best ways to ensure a strong and collective voice of the supermarket industry is heard.

The annual conference is held in conjunction with the Food Industry Association - FMI.

**Please note: All meetings will be scheduled through and held on a virtual platform. A training will be held for the virtual platform on Thursday, April 15, 2021.
