Rosie: Most Grocery Shoppers Plan To Continue Ordering Online

Rosie, an e-commerce solution for independent retailers and wholesalers, surveyed more than 5,000 online grocery shoppers in June to gain insight into their shopping habits.

According to survey results, most (80 percent) plan to continue placing grocery orders online at the same rate or more in the coming 12 months. Additionally, the most popular reason customers shop online is to save themselves a trip to the grocery store and/or avoid lines (50 percent), with COVID/safety concerns at only 18 percent.
