The National Grocers Association Foundation Technical Assistance Center (NGAF TA Center) is pleased to report that the Independent Grocers Alliance, commonly known as IGA, supports efforts to create standardized point-of-sale (POS) functionality and solutions for the grocery industry. IGA the world’s largest independent voluntary supermarket network with 6,000 stores in more than 30 countries, including over 1,100 stores in the U.S.
